These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Adventurers for Life membership (the “Membership”) provided by Move Well Age Well LLC, doing business as Keep the Adventure Alive (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By registering for or participating in the Membership, including through any 14-day free trial, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Membership.
To participate in the Membership, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Membership is intended for individual use and may not be shared or resold.
To enroll in the Membership or access the free trial, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe account information is inaccurate or misused.

Membership is available as a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription. The selected fee will be billed at the beginning of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with Section 5.
The 14-day free trial provides limited access to Membership content. You will not be charged during the trial. To continue beyond the trial, you must manually enroll in a paid plan. Access will end automatically if no payment is made after the trial.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
You may cancel your free trial at any time. No payment will be charged unless you enroll in a paid plan.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Membership at any time without refund if you violate these Terms, misuse content, or engage in behavior harmful to the Membership community.
All Membership content — including videos, materials, guides, and branding — is the intellectual property of Move Well Age Well LLC DBA Keep the Adventure Alive and may not be copied, shared, republished, resold, or altered without written permission. Your access is for personal, non-commercial use only.
The exercises, information, and content provided through the Membership and free trial are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions.
By participating in the Membership or free trial, you acknowledge and agree that:
