As a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in osteoarthritis, I kept seeing the same thing: people in pain being told to just rest, when what they actually needed was the right exercise, done the right way.

What you might be wondering

Do I need to have a diagnosis of arthritis to join?

Not at all. Members come for all kinds of reasons. Some want to get stronger while being kind to their joints. Others are preparing for or recovering from a total joint replacement. Many are working on strengthening their bones for osteoporosis. And many simply want to age well and keep doing what they love for as long as possible. If you want to move better and feel stronger without the fear of making things worse, this program is for you.

What do I actually get during the 14-day trial?

A real first chapter of the program: your personalized placement quiz, your starting level’s first workouts, movement tests, and the ability to ask your PT real questions. If you decide to keep going, choosing a plan unlocks the full workout library, all 6 levels, Rescue Remedies, Movement Minis, the community, and more.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime. Once you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period so you keep full access through the time you have already paid for.

I am in too much pain to exercise. Can I still start?

Yes. This is exactly who Level 1 was built for. It is gentle enough for people who have not exercised in years. You start with simple mobility and foundational movements, and you only advance when you are ready.

What if I have had a joint replacement, or surgery is coming?

You are not alone. Many members have used the program to prepare for surgery and recover from it. Research shows that building strength before a joint replacement can lead to better outcomes, and members who have gone through surgery tell us the program helped them go in stronger and bounce back faster. As always, check with your doctor first, and your direct access to your PT lets you ask questions specific to where you are in that journey.

I have osteoporosis. Can this program help me?

Yes. Research consistently shows that both bodyweight and resistance training are among the most effective tools for maintaining and improving bone density. Weight-bearing movement signals your bones to stay strong, which is exactly why staying active matters so much with osteoporosis. The program includes progressive strength work designed to load your body safely, and members with osteoporosis use it regularly. As always, check with your doctor first, and your direct access to your PT is there if you have specific questions about what is right for you.

How is this different from YouTube videos I have already tried?

YouTube gives you scattered, one-off workouts. Adventurers for Life is a complete platform, with structured progression, movement tests, nutrition tracking, progress charts, a community, and direct access to your PT, all in one place. You always know what to do next. It is a path, not a pile.

Will I get charged when the trial ends?

No. Because there is no credit card on file, you cannot be charged by surprise. When the 14 days are up, you simply choose whether to continue with a paid plan. If you do nothing, the trial just ends.
