5 day arthritis adventure challenge

Join the 5 Day Arthritis Adventure Challenge. It includes 5 days of workout videos ranging from 20-35 minutes. No equipment is necessary, although days 3, 4, 5 will include light weight dumbbells. You can use soup cans or water bottles if you don’t have any. 

This challenge is made to help get you started in the new year. Here at Keep the Adventure Alive we are all about showing you that you can have control over your arthritis! Finishing this challenge will get you on the right path. We are here to show you the way and be there for you as you find ways to keep your adventure alive.

This is totally free AND we are have had over 100 people complete this challenge already! The workouts are vetted and ready for you.

In order to enter, you have to:

  1. Fill out the form below so you can get all the videos sent to your email.
  2. Subscribe to our youtube channel by clicking this link.
  3. Watch each video as they are released.
  4. After completing the workout, comment “I’m done” on each video so we know you finished.

The purpose of this challenge is to show you what is possible, even though you have arthritis!
