These terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“Member” or “you”) and Move Well Age Well LLC DBA Keep the Adventure Alive (“MWAW”,’KTAA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of our website and your participation in our membership program “Adventures for Life” (AFL), including any quarterly or annual payment option (the “Membership”).
- Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Membership. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Membership after we post any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
- Membership
2.1. Eligibility
To be eligible for Membership, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Membership is available to individuals and entities.
2.2. Registration
To register for Membership, you must complete the registration process on our website and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to reject any registration or cancel any account at any time for any reason.
2.3. Benefits
Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to, access to exclusive Adventurers for Life content, discounts, and events. We reserve the right to modify the benefits of Membership at any time without notice.
2.4. Payment
Membership requires payment of a quarterly or annual fee as indicated on our website. Payment is due in advance of the relevant billing period, and we reserve the right to suspend or cancel Membership for non-payment or invalid payment information.
2.5 Testimonials
Testimonials found at keeptheadventurealive.com and/or from Keep the Adventure Alive are unverified results that have been forwarded to us by users, and may not reflect the typical purchaser’s experience, may not apply to the average person and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
- Cancellation and Termination
3.1. Cancellation by Member
As a quarterly member, you can cancel anytime and there will be no more future charges. You’ll continue to have access to “Adventurers for Life” for the remainder of your membership. Prorated refunds are not available.
As an annual member, you may also cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days from purchase, you can qualify for a prorated refund. To receive a refund, simply email info@keeptheadventurealive.com with your request.
If you received a physical copy of the “Adventurers for Life Handbook”- the cost of the book + shipping and handling will also be deducted from your refund.
After your first 30 days of your annual membership, you can cancel at any time to avoid automatic renewal and still have access until your membership expires. Prorated refunds are not available after 30 days.
3.2. Termination by MWAW
We may terminate your Membership at any time without notice for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
- Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership
MWAW owns all intellectual property rights in and to our website, Membership program, and all content provided in connection with the Membership. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
4.2. User Content
You grant MWAW a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display any content you submit in connection with your Membership (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license to MWAW and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

5.1. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE MEMBERSHIP AND ALL CONTENT PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE MEMBERSHIP ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
5.2. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AFL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS
